Old School & New School – Embracing Both

It is important to know where we came from to fully understand where we are heading. We will cover footwork, patterns, and drills from our past, that ground our current dance today in West Coast Swing. Using these elements, we can explore in depth the ways we update, modernize, and adapt these movements to the music of today!  Since “swing content” is such a hot topic, let’s make sure we have enough, not only in our routines, but J&J’s, Strictly Swing, and social dancing.
