As you know, it is rare to see any product mentioned in our monthly NoteSmith e-news, but I am always on the lookout for something that will help our customers. In the last two decades, there has been relatively little written about private mortgages. About the Author

Teri Clark’s interest in the new and different has led to a successful online writing career collaborating on nearly 100 books as an editor, researcher, ghostwriter and author.
